Creating a Shanghai Mufti is a work of art and should be done to suit each individual’s taste. The recipe below is a rough guide.

In a Collins glass combine:

  • The juice of 1 lemon wedge, and add the wedge to the glass.
  • Add nothing but the finest pure ice.
  • One shot plus a little of Tanqueray gin.
  • Tonic water.
  • A splash of Soho lychee-flavored liquer, to taste.
