Creating a Shanghai Mufti is a work of art and should be done to suit each individual’s taste. The recipe below is a rough guide.
In a Collins glass combine:
- The juice of 1 lemon wedge, and add the wedge to the glass.
- Add nothing but the finest pure ice.
- One shot plus a little of Tanqueray gin.
- Tonic water.
- A splash of Soho lychee-flavored liquer, to taste.
